 Easy problem... YOU HAVE AN IRQ CONFLICT!!!
 Your COM 1 share IRQ 4 with COM 3 and COM 2 share IRQ 3 with COM 4...
 You can ONLY use two port that don't have IRQ conflict... OR unless
 you are switching their IRQ to different ones... but for an machine
 that only have 15 IRQs to spare... while the IDE eats up 14 and 15, the
 sound card here ate 11 and 5, and PS/2 mouse ate 12, parallel port ate
 7, and whole bunch more...
 Which is why some of those cards that don't use an IRQ is soooo NICE...
 like that Hayes ESP II (no need for IRQ under certain speed, inc 115,200bps)
