They are almost universally held to be the Lebanese resistance given the
Lebanese army has been purposely kept weak by Syria & Israel.

So yes. & it's not kidnapping but the taking of prisoners. If not then
Israeli is in serious problems wrt all the kidnapees it is keeping.
