that's new to me. the only thing that come close to it is an  australian
paper I read years ago, and what comes with Eberahrt utility + source code
of both the said util and the linux hpfs driver.

I only have an old trial version buried somewhere, but I'll check it out.

I still believe that it's not half as well covered as other FS :-)
