SLMR was in many ways the predecessor to OLX.  Both of these programs attempt 
to tidy up after themselves on exit by deleting their work files, and both of 
these programs use CP/M-style DOS calls to delete files instead of the "new" 
DOS 2.x UNIX style delete calls.
This bug is fixed in the first public fixpack.  If you genuinely suffer from 
this bug (I didn't -- I only ran OLX the one time just to see whether it was 
true or not) then obtain and install the fixpack.  If you have an Internet 
connection, you can click on the retrieve software update link on the page 
that lists the fixpack, and the entire fixpack will be downloaded and 
installed automatically for you.
