the reason why you cannot get the modem to work on com 3 with the mouse on
com 1 is due to the fact they both share the same IRQ ... If possible get a
PS/2 style mouse....I have one (the ps/2 mouse) and 2 modems
internally....one on COM 1 and the other on COM 2.
