I think you are grossly overestimating the chances of someone
taking your program, no source code or anything, and then 
attempting to sell it as their own, manuals etc etc.  I think
you are going to have a FAR greater risk getting anyone to buy
your software.  Planning on advertising?  Forget the $10, try
$10,000 (or something massive, can't remember what it was, for
the APC).  BFN.  Paul.
