Yep, For sure a fresh install may work. My BBS has just went through a LARGE
change, the BBS is pure MS-DOS 6.22, It's now hooked into my network, and now
the BBS is on a workstation and mail processing is done on a network drive and
the server also works on mail processing. That's when the problem started.

Well Bink 2.50 EE-D is working fine, so for now I'm just going to let things
be, if it ant broke don't fix it. :)
