Ok, I think I've had some bad experiences at Customer service.  But never
again will I complain.  Here's the podcast of one traveller's adventures
with US Airways.  In fairness, I flew them a couple of times when they were
Allegheny (nicknamed Agony Airways) and US Airways (nicknamed US -- as in
"Unservicable" Airways) but never had any problems at all.
