It's downright astounding how many people seem not to know the basic rules
of dealing with a guid dog user.  Sadly, there are some blind people who
bend these rules a good deal:  they screw up their own travel by doing it,
and they make it harder for the rest of us to make the rules stick.  I
know first-hand.
