I wouldn't dare. Atari's n Amiga's can be better for MIDI timing than PC/Macs 
and MU10s XG MIDI sounds great (got an SW60XG in my PC).

It's been a while since I used an Amiga, but I think you may have problems 
with HDR. IIRC Amigas audio I/O isn't to hot and unless you have a good size 
hard drive your going to have problems. Philips do a stand alone CD recorder 
but this costs about œ500 and, I think, uses expensive "consumer" CDR blanks 
(>œ6 instead of the œ1.20 ones you could use in a PC/Mac's internal CDR 
drive) There's also DCC tapes. The decks and tapes are cheap (œ150), but it's 
unlikly that any one else would have one of these so its no good for 
distibution. 
You can get a damn good PC for less than a grand and there's loads of cheap 
CDR drives, duplex soundcards and some great free music software on the web. 
So in the long term this may be the best way to go. Good luck.
