There's an IRQ conflict. The COM4 and COM2 use the same IRQ and so do
COM1 and COM3. If one is occupied than the other can't be used unless
you change the interrupts so they will not interfere.
HINT: Put COM3 on IRQ 5 and COM4 on IRQ 7 - that is if your soundcard,
etc. doesn't use them ;-)
