I haven't stated it, I've postulated it.  There's a difference.  Where I am
unsure is - just how inhuman _WAS_ Saddam?  His sons have been reviled to
hell and back, yet the only evidence I've seen so far is one of bastinado
no worse than most US hazing.

You may remember that I was one of the 2 million who took a day off work to
march against this iniquity.  I was also the first here to realise there
were no WMD, no rape rooms, no mass graves, and say so.

I think, compared with most here, that was pretty rational.
