Yes, on content.  Nope, it might have made it so easy but I
dissected P4 through all dimensions.  Only the basic rule held:
do not annoy and do not be easily annoyed.

In which case both parties would have to be excommunicated,
in due accordance with P4, given the judicial philosophy of
Fidonet.  Two guilty parties - one that is annoying, another
that is annoyed.
