.... sounds a whole lot, to me anyway - and it's entirely possible that
I'm somewhat demented, like a Monty Python skit... the one of Swamp
Castle where the father is telling his son how he built a castle, it
sank into the swamp.. so he built another one, it sank into the
swamp...!
Just the way you wrote about the Boathouse, now closed, then became,
also closed... never mind... I'm going back to "charge" mode, now!
