What strikes me as odd is that somebody in their Ad agency didn't even
think about the message they were sending.  Only thing I can say is,
they probably said, negative publicity beats no publicity, so let's go
for it.
Anybody with half a brain knows that you doing bother a dog guide
while in harness, just like you don't bother a humnan when he/she's
working.
I know people who don't know beans about blindness, but have enough
brains to know if they see a dog working with his partner, don't
bother the dog.  Still, there are those who think they should pet the
dog, or feed it, but most thinking adults know better.  One would like
to assume that folks who write advertising campaigns have some level
of logical thought.
