  I didn't say that. I said that the boot of my car was like the
Flying Dutchman... sort of mysterious and wearing an old stained
carpet. Or was that Pandora's box? (These bloody pills are too
strong!)

  My reputation as a stirrer gives me too much credit. I rewrote that
a couple of times trying to get it right! I still can't work out how
to put what I wanted to say. Maybe there are some things we shouldn't
try to say.

  Anyway, I am now carrying Paul around in the boot of my car like the
Flying Dutchman. I'll probably find him in a month of so, when I have
to buy petrol for the Victa.
