Hi Jerry,
Thanks for the follow-up. Sounds good to me [for the future!]
If you have a scanner - you could always scan a section of one of the
glossies as a bitmap and zip the output and post it in the group's files
area!
I switched from Dot-matrix to an Apple Laserwriter [300 dpi monochrome -
Postscript only!] in 1992-3 and it works today as it did then (except
it's hard to pull out the paper drawer to refill it), although it hasn't
had a heavy throughput. Having admin'd [PCL-only] HP Laserjets etc.,
whilst still working [pre-October 1995], it was a no-brainer to get PS
instead of PCL for me.
