  I've given up trying to work it out. One part of the population is
insisting on politically correctness while the rest are fascinated by
the doings of people like Madonna and assorted wobbly and dangly bits.
I think the world went mad on Wednesday, November 19, 1972 (but it 
could be me).

  There we have Bronnie given the health portfolio on Wedenesday, and
on Thursday she comes out in support of tobacco advertising at a
medical conference. That's not sane. I rest my case. The whole world
has gone mad, so hurry up or you'll get left behind. No one wants to be
the last sane one in a lunatic asylum (unless you are already mad, in
which case it doesn't apply).
