For barely functional commands they are quite widely used. There's even at
least two for OS2.

No, I'm stating that if the 'programmers' of OS2 couldn't be stuffed 
inishing
the "CDROM Drive Letter" dialog, they should have at least included an OS2
subst.

You can't even GET the simple idea behind a simple message, instead:
