Hi Julie

JG> Can someone help please, I just moved into a new house in the spring
JG> and the soil is sooo hard and clayey that not many of veggies did good
JG> this year, does anyone know what to mix into the soil to make it
JG> workable again
I also live in a house with soil that seems to be nothing but clay. My
inlaws were members of a garden club and they suggested using both
bonemeal, peat moss, and compost to help give the soil extra nutrients.
I have also been able to grow rasberries, rhubarb, tomatoes, and other
hearty plants in the soil despite the conditions.
Good luck.
