The unlimited offpeak first appeared on a permanent basis with BANM in Feb of 
this year. 29.98 a month. At the beginning of June they made it so that you 
can add unlimited offpeak to most rate plans for an additional 9.99 a month. 
They haven't redone their literature yet but unlimited offpeak is available 
to anyone who wants it and they can keep it for as long as they want.
The competition finally took notice this month and is now offering a similar 
plan, 30 a month, unlimited offpeak. Their service area is smaller and they 
charge a land line charge of 5 cents per minute which BANM does not.
BTW, just looked at the two cell bills 4799 minutes with BANM and 1732 with 
Cell 1.
