Traffic is international areas is very slow, but this is mostly a seasonal 
problem. Most people are at camp or on holiday.
We'll have good news by this autumn!
As someone was asking, in the Global ScoutNet we use zones 71: and 1907:, 
this is because we merged two networks with the same name, and everyone kept 
the old addresses.
I like 1907 since it is the year scouting was born...
