However,  you can freq or download the files if you want.  I have:
   faq_smps.zip   11639 bytes
which says in it "Notes on the diagnosis and repair of small Switchmode Power 
Supplies V1.01",  and then there's:
   faq_swit.zip    9796 bytes
which also seems to talk a lot about repairs,  as does:
   switchps.zip    6407 bytes.
