 Out there, I think it should also calculated the tide tables. A good
 fishing program would help you determine conditions for some date in
 the future, maybe keep records of experiences you've had in the past at
 those locations, etc.  Sharing info with "reliable" friends is a great
 idea, maybe running a burst modem off ship to shore radio or something
 like that.  You would have to be pretty picky on whose data you would
 accept though, you know how us fisherman like to stretch the truth a
 tad.
