I've been given a terrific advice about finding free information, and
I'll pass it on to you: just hit

   http://www.developer.ibm.com/DevCon/

and all shall be revealed! Register as Guest, and search for TCP/IP.
You'll find this GREAT book (tcppr.inf was the filename, I think)
titled "TCP/IP Version 4.1 Programming Guide and Reference".

It has everything you ever wanted to know about TCP/IP under OS/2, but
  were affraid to ask! :)

As for that NTTP (whatever the hell it is) protocol, I suggest you hit
AltaVista and just type in "RFC" in the search field. You'll be given
a list of sites which carry RFC documents (indexed and searchable by
title and content) and I'm sure you'll find some RFC that describes
  this protocol in full detail...

.!. What do you mean, "Query too complex."!?
