        I can answer that.  You have to have a machine that's linked to
        Wavenet (I think it's a group of machines in Chicago or something
        linked together so you can fight across distances).  Then choose
        Kano.  Hold HP+BL+HK+LK+Left for Player 1 or Right for Player 2.
