Does anyone know where I can find the file MSGFRM11.ZIP ? It contains
MsgForm v1.1, an RBBS Sysop utility for tossing a plain ASCII text file
from disk into an RBBS message.

MSGFORM v1.1 was mentioned in the doc for NOSNAIL (c.1994), which uses it
to send an error message to a caller who incorrectly enters a netmail
address. I expect to use it with Binkley.
