Hi All!

Does anyone here have or know of a utility which can detect abandoned mail
archives (mailarchives without an entry in the corresponding flow file) in
a binkley-style outbound directory and re-attach them to the node they were
destined for? I would like an OS/2 utility, but a DOS utility will do fine
as well. No Windows here.
