Should there be?  Our understanding of The Communications Act is that it is
not necessary to state that a modem is AUSTEL approved, only that it is not
approved.  As all modems from The Diamond Group have AUSTEL approval I did
not think it was necessary to state their approval status.

We will also have a LightSpeed V.34 Bullet internal soon and then an
internal and external DSVD V.34 with FDSP.   Sysop price should be $399.
