Actually the Willys was the original engine that was used in the Willys
jeep (WW II fame), I think it was made for Fargo which was a division of
the Willys jeep. I believe that it was based on the model 'T' engine for
being a simple and dependable engine. Atomic is a company that bought
these engines and did a marine conversion to use them in boats. I
believe that the engine is actually a GM design engine as some
replacements parts are Delco products. I once ordered a water pump for a
fauly one on an Atomic engine.
