Everyone,

I came home tonight and my little lemon tetra, Colonel Mustard, is doing
the ¨backstroke...sorta.  He's still alive, blinking,
"breathing", but none of his ¨fins are moving.  I even went in
and tried to right him, but to no avail.  I'm ¨really worried about him-is
there anything I can do?  I've been looking online ¨to no avail.

Any and all help is appreciated.

P.S.  My bloodfin tetra, Scarlet, which shares a tank with the Colonel, is
¨doing fine, very active, eating, etc.
