He first should have a talk with his bank, if it's possible for his
computer to call in with credit card details for a transactions, basically
a call that's a lot like the EFPOS terminals at most supermarkets and
service stations. He also needs to find out, how this information has to be
formated, so that the bank computer can read it and what reply the bank
computer will give on failure or aceptance. After that it's just a matter
of setting up a script file under the BBS program to carry out the task, or
writing a program to carry out the task. BTW, what sort of Program does he
plan to use to provide the service?
