Error levels is mod 256.  So, 300 is error level 3, 1200, level 12, 2400
level 244, 26400 is (264-256 =) level 8, 33600 is (336-256 =) level 80, 
and 38400 is (384-256 =) level 128.

This is why I use a different method to start the BBS from Binkley....
