my system is set up to allow anyone to route anything anywhere... however,
the path that it heads out on may be the (next) stopping point ;)

as it is, anyone who has files or mail for any of my downlinks can connect
here via POTS, FTN over TELNET, or binkp protocol and drop off said traffic
for further processing, routing and delivery...
