Kevin,

I think the followup question to mine was asking whether or not this
was an os2/ecs application (Rogers browser doesn't ring a bell, hence
the ?). I think it was a good question. The Alt+F7 should move any
OS/2 app winodw by simply moving the mouse, including the browsers.
Doesn't work for Windoze IIRC.
