There was an interesting show on Ufo's,the other week, discovery or
learning channel, forgot which one. They went into Roswell etc, pros and
cons, but they did bring up an interesting tidbit from Russia. Seems back
in the late 80's, something was spotted in Vladistok, Soviet port, by
several people, small object hovering around the hills etc, according to
witnesses it exploded.
An investigation of the area, found the spot, and some debris. A Mr.
George Knapp was over there, interviewing the people involved etc, and some
Soviet scientist from the Meteorological dept, if I got that right, who had
the debris. Seems none of this came out before, since this was a military
port etc, and now that things are little more open, Mr. Knapp was over
there. Anyways, seems this scientist, states that some fine gold wiring was
found, thinner than human hair, and other pieces of metal etc, they had
analyzed it etc. The Soviet guy's opinion is it was a probe. And not made
here. He stated Extraterrestrial in his opinion.
Just wondering if anyone has any more information concerning this very
interesting story.......
Happy Trails,
Fred.
