You really need more RAM, for one...also, you DO know enough to disable 
call-waiting, right? No offense meant, but not everyone knows to do this. 
However, it sounds more like you may have something corrupted in both your 
web browsers or maybe you do have a bad controller...just too many thing it 
could be. I'd say take it to your favorite tech and tell them what you told 
us.
