MCI says that they offer service in the Boston market, they're resellers, 
they're rates aren't even close to being competitive. Offpeak begins at 9 
when 8 is the standard here, early termination is 225 compared to 150 and 175 
for the a and b carriers in this market.
It appears to me that they are catering to those that want as much stuff as 
possible on one bill and dont care if they're paying higher rates than they 
could be.
