When Paul Elliott wrote to Ron Bass on Tuesday July 01 1997, Paul was talking 
about C++ Problem.

I think PB's SDK is more C orientated, not C++..
If you can get a copy of, or already have PB-Lib, its definatly C++ 
orientated with many additional functions... and its designed for C++..
