In a message dated 12-23-98, Eddy Thilleman said to Ivan Todoroski about "Timeslice release" Hi Eddy & Ivan, IT> It uses the undocumented DOS INT 28 when run under OS/2. ET>I assume you mean INT 28 = INT 28 hex? ET>Why do you think that DOS INT 28 hex is undocumented? It's ET>documented in Ralf Brown's interrupt list, and other ET>documentations I guess. This INT is actually documented by Microsplat themselves. See "MS-DOS Programmer's Reference 6.0", Microsoft Press, ISBN 1-55615-546-8, pp 145-146 under the section heading "MS-DOS Idle Handler". Better yet, this is the one timeslice release interrupt that has worked consistently inside a VDM under Warp 4. The perenniel favourite, INT 2FH/AX=1680H, which is nominally the DPMI timeslice release, has been a nightmare under Warp 4.
