Hello, 

One of my users is trying to reach the message base through the NNTP server
using and Android client, 
and he is getting blocked all the time in the process. It seems that, when
he tries to fetch a new
message area, MIS ends up blocking him. 

Is there a way to fine tune the blocking algoritm or to create a whitelist
of sorts so that he is 
not blocked all the time?
