I use a DOS calculator, the splendid old Word Perfect Corporation
calculator--their assembler-written editor was great, too--, and want to
print the tape.

I am offered LPT1-LPT3 and devices to print to. I have a printer defined
for LPT1, but  it is no longer connected, so I  would like to redirect the
output to a printer connected with  USB. What is necessary to make this
work?
