No. It came with 128 meg and I added another for 256 total. It's enough
for this one. I think the T21 can go up to 512 with 2 256 but I haven't
checked. No need to use up battery for more memory than I might use.
You know, I really like the T2x series thinkpads. A few people bring
out their suitcase laptops and show just a pinch of jealosy seeing this
slim light little powerhouse!
