If I used x00 FD would just load real nice.  If I used netfoss it took a
while to load... like it was hungup on something.  One time I left it alone
and it eventually loaded.

the command for netfoss was netfoss /N1 /C2 /L38400

Anyway, I might reboot the VM.  Its a new install of Windows10 32bit
