BTW, I got another look at MSI's announcement and the word used was
"level", not "rate".  Bummer.

Yeah, but overseas sales were dramatically up.
 
Honk Kong and China sales were $87,000 in 94, $57M in 95.

Very possibly, but my point is that after December 94 it's a 
very different company - for better or worse.  Time will tell.
