I quite rarely mention NAZIs. I refer to the Wehrmacht (which as you know
is not the same thing at all) more frequently.

Sticking with US sources - some of the Arab ones are much more critical:

You'll note the ".. thought to be .." and ".. suspected .."

So - collective punishment and hostage-taking, both without the justice of a trial.

What the Germans did to the Jews (and others) was utterly repulsive.  The
USA is going down the same road with Muslims - obviously not yet to the
same degree - and I'm amazed that you can't see it.  The end does NOT
justify the means.
