Well, my phone lines aren't the best.  I can barely get a 33.6 connection and
most of the time It drops to 28.8 or 26.4.  I know this is not the modem,

U.S. WORST Communications fault.  The modem connects around 31.6 to 26.4,
never have any drops, just overall good performance...
