Rockwell claim that their implementation of V.34 will be backward
compatable with their V.FC, so unmodified V.FC Rockwell equiped modems will
be able to talk to their V34 modems. Pretty neat. It'll remain to be seen
if this is the case, tho.

As 80% of modems using V.FC use the Rockwell chipset, it looks like it'll be Ok.
