    General and specific discussions, questions and issues regarding
    the PowerBASIC implementation of the BASIC programming language;
    tips, tricks and programming techniques for beginning, intermediate
    and advanced programmers; discussions of 3rd party support and
    add-ons are encouraged.
 RESTRICTIONS: None
