Yep.  The MooreField facility is 12-15 miles from me.  Haven't gotten out 
there
recently though.  I always wind up spending BUCK$$$ when I go.

 There's ALWAYS somebody involved in smuggling (and the associated
charges) around here.  It's a way of life among the indiginous species.

Well, they've always been pretty dilligent about parrot smuggling measures.
Two people that I know (NOT well...) are presently "Guests of the
Government" at El Paso.
There's recently been a new wrinkle in the McCaw smuggling trade where folks
buy a McCaw in Mexico.  Visit and 'fly' it daily for a couple of weeks, then
rendezvous with the supplier on the river south of Mission and FLY the bird
across.  The latest dodge has several grams of cocaine in a little "Backpack"
to ease the pain of purchase.....
